Today I'm podcasting in my pyjamas and plan to spend the day mostly in bed again.
Before that, I'm spending my twenty minutes looking at my email and writing down instructions to pass on to the person who is starting to deal with it for me.
Once I start really noticing, I'm surprised by just how much time some emails take me to deal with!
