Today I'm taking a day off from the website redesign and am planning a sofa day (or even a bed-day!).
All the weeks of knotty website work have shown me that I need to find some help with some of the things I do here at Sustainably Creative and I'm currently taking some tentative steps in that direction.
In today's podcast, I'm talking a little about how asking for help is work in itself that needs time and focus and is probably best undertaken before we reach a crunch point.
