It's Thursday evening and I'm feeling pleased to have made it to the end of my working week reasonably unscathed, helped along the way by a new kitchen toyβa slow cooker!
#878: Feeling more relaxed on a blustery day
In which I'm very happy to report that I'm feeling a lot more relaxed. I did my One Thing first thing this morning which, as is nearly always the case, meant I was able to treat myself gently for the rest of the day.

#877: Starting the year gently (but still feeling a wee bit stressed!)
In today's podcast I talk about how I'm intending to repeat what I've done for the last two years and start this year very slowly, extending my period of hibernation throughout the month and doing my best not to get caught up in the traditional rush to plan and start anew.
That said, I have to admit I'm still feeling a little stressed!
