#1428: [Video] Taking you on a walk from my past (and more slow crocheting)

Tanybwwlch beach

For this week’s video and extended audio podcasts, I’m taking you on a walk from my past.

Join me on Tanybwlch beach in Cardigan Bay. We’ll go for a stroll along the River Ystwyth and then return to my studio for a twenty-minute creative work session.

It would be lovely to have your company.

If you’re listening to the podcast off-site, you can find the video version here.

Today's work session is ten minutes and twenty seconds into the podcast.

#1426: Possible opening hours (!) and a little crochet drama :)

I’m very sorry for missing Sunday’s podcast!

Today I have remembered to podcast and am pondering a little more on the in-between place that I seem to be in at the moment and how being patient with it is proving to be a wee bit of a challenge!

Join me for today’s creative work sessions and hear a little about some edge-of-the-seat crochet drama :)

Today's work session is seven minutes and forty seconds into the podcast.

If you’re watching the video podcast version and enjoying it, please do hit the subscribe button either below or in the video (my face in the bottom right-hand corner). Thank you.

#1424: Tea, gingernuts and podcast excitement bribery

Today, I’m being a little firm with myself about my need to focus my limited energy on this podcast and twenty more minutes of sorting and tidying in my studio.

I do have some bribes lined up to keep me on track in the shape of a pot of tea, some gingernut biscuits and lovely podcast from artist Katie Green.

Today's work session is four minutes and fifteen seconds into the podcast.

It feels as though I've finished my new socks just at the right time. The weather here in Wales feels decidedly autumnal and I'm enjoying having cosy feet!

Join me today for a chat about the weather, letting the day fit the available energy and my ongoing sock crocheting plans plus a gentle twenty-minute work session.

#1417: Crocheting in bed on a gloriously grey and wet morning!

After my rather full day yesterday, it's lovely to wake up to the sound of the rain (though not the sound of the cats quarrelling!) and know that I can take things slowly and gently.

Join me for a slow twenty-minute work session and move your creative life on a little alongside me.

Today's work session is seven minutes and twenty-five seconds into the podcast.

#1415: Slow (but steady) progress

Helped by a poorly car and a VERY grey sky, today I'm accepting that I need to spend another day mostly in bed (or on the sofa in front of the fire).

In today's twenty-minute work session I'm edging ahead with the heel on one of my socks. Would you like to join me for a little work on what ever's most important for you today?

  • If you're interested you can find the video that's helping me crochet my socks, here.

Today's work session is five minutes and twenty-nine seconds into the podcast.
